Acquired in 2004, Pegasus Precision Speed Manufacturing is a 31-year-old division sets the pace for quality and process implementation. PSM utilizes the latest technology to produce complex machined components and assemblies in an ISO 9001:2000/AS9100 facility. Our capabilities include CNC turning, CNC 4-axis milling, I.D., O.D., surface and centerless grinding, along with a complete gear and spline department and gear lab. PSM is experienced in producing finished parts from .125" to 18" diameter from a range of material forms including bar, forgings, and castings from Inconel, Waspaloy, titanium, Stellite, stainless steel, aluminum, and Vespel.

INSPECTION EQUIPMENT
Our inspection equipment is maintained under a calibration recall system controlled by our in-house Metrology/Gage Control Inspector. We also subcontract calibration services from approved outside calibration sources whenever required.

THREAD INSPECTION
Inventory contains a full array of indicating thread measurement gaging capable of measuring both I.D. and O.D. threads VP to 16” Manufacturing and Inspection are supported by a full complement of shop-owned measuring and test equipment necessary to complete all current manufacturing requirements, including both standard and non-standard equipment, gaging and instruments.
